Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The perfume must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
- Perfumes that have been used more than 10%.
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange:
- We’ll replace the product with another item of equal value once we receive the return.
- Exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.
